About This Course
Welcome to the 2026 Training on Peace and Security in the OSCE area!
The Training Programme on Peace and Security in the OSCE area seeks to empower young professionals, in particular women, to engage in the security sector, especially in the politico-military security field. The course emphasises:

conflict prevention,

conflict resolution,
-
conflict management, and
-
post-conflict rehabilitation
…through arms control, disarmament, and non-proliferation, working towards confidence- and security-building in the OSCE area.
This training programme encompasses topics related to:

Arms Control,
-
Disarmament,
-
Non-Proliferation Framework, and
-
international organizations active in this field.
Each session is constructed of thematic modules, where you will find:

various learning materials,
-
games and quizzes,
-
discussion boxes to share ideas, hear other participants’ perspectives, and engage with the instructor.
At the end of each session, there is a Module Assessment:

You can start anytime,
-
But have only one attempt to complete it within 1 hour (recommended: 20 minutes),
-
You can gain a maximum of 18% from each weekly assessment.
In the Final Session, you will find the Final Assessment.
