The course introduces learners to OSCE cyber/ICT security Confidence-Building Measure No. 16 – Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD). It provides an overview of CVD as a tool to strengthen national, regional and international cybersecurity. Over six modules, learners will review the CVD process, consider the main stakeholders and their roles and responsibilities, as well as look as some of the main challenges of CVD. The course features intermediate knowledge checks and a practical learning scenario through which learners can reflect on the material covered.
The learning effort required to complete this course is approximately 2 hours. The course is self-paced, which means learners can choose to pause and return to the course at any time, with their progress saved.
Learners may choose to complete all knowledge checks to be eligible to earn a Certificate of Completion.
No specific prerequisites are required to complete this course. Knowledge of cyber/ICT security Confidence-Building Measures is a benefit.
