About This Course
More than 1 billion people, or 16%, of the global population are people with disabilities. Learners will be introduced to the common challenges faced by people with disabilities in accessing political and public life and will be provided with tips, tools and good practices to mitigate these barriers and mainstream disability throughout parliaments and political parties. The target audience for the course is staff and members of parliaments and political parties in the OSCE area. The estimated time it takes to complete the course modules is 2 hours. The checklists may take longer, depending on whether you need to consult additional sources of information.
