About this Course

Economic_and_environmental_activities

Combatting corruption and improving the quality of management of public and private institutions requires citizens, professionals and politicians that are highly trained and sensitized to the modern phenomenon of good governance, which has consolidated a shift towards a more open and transparent relationship between institutions and citizenship.

Good Governance and Anti-Corruption is an e-learning programme built on the analysis of the legal dimensions that shape the status of so-called good governance. As a central element in the development of contemporary democracies, good governance faces challenges and requirements affecting areas of law ranging from constitutional law to criminal, through administrative, fundamental rights or the specific requirements of international order.

This course, offered by OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, has been designed as a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course). All the educational contents and activities are available online for free so that any person interested in this topics can enroll and start an exciting learning journey.
